Does Pus In Urine And Epithelial Cells Effect Fertility?

Hi.
I had pain under my right ribcage.went to the hospital and a urinalysis and hvs was done on my
Discharge.they found 100 hpf of pus in my urine.epithelial cells in urine also present and have candidiasis.
I'm really worried if the infection could affect my fertility and kidneys.

The pus in urine is suggestive of an infection in the urinary tract. It can cause a decrease in the chances of conception and may cause an early miscarriage also.
