Does Push-ups Causes Frequent Occurrences Of Palpitations?

Hi. I have palpitations, they have been diagnosed as PVCs and I also get a tri-gemini arrhythmia from time to time. I am quite fit and run up to 40 miles a week. Running has no effect on my palpitations, however, if I do push-ups, I will always have more frequent palpitations for up to a week. Is there any explanation for this?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and form the history given here I could say that the conduction defect of your heart beat could be pre-existing and not because of your exercise and this is nothing to worry for the safe side I would advise to get done the ECHO and treadmill test, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
