Does Raised Rheumatoid Factor Cause Joint Pain And Psoriasis?

HI there I am a 24yr old male, I have joint pain and psoriasis my joints click alot but it hurts like mad when the click in my groin, knees, feet and toes. I can only walk so far and I am extreamly tiered all the time. I had some blood tests done and my rethematiod factor came back slightly raised but my doctor think nothing of it. Just after a second opinion? or a third :D
