Does Ramipril And Amlodipine Cause Premature Aging?

I take 10 mg each ramipril and amoldipine. Can they on their own or together cause premature aging of any kind....skin (wrinkles), muscle, bone, aching? I am just 50. 5ft 2inches. Diagnosed with extremely high blood pressure in February now under control with the above drug combination. No obvious reason for hypertension except drinking and smoking probably the main cause, given up.
