Does Recurring Memory Loss In Elderly An Person Indicate Onset Of Dementia?

My wife is 83 years old and she is experiencing a loss of memory condition. For example, we can decided to do three errands, get in the car to go and she doesn t remember two out of the three. She doesn t remember places we have been or people we visited with. I am concerned that her symptoms may be indicative of the onset of dementia. Please comment.

Well yes it could be either Dementia or it could even be due to stroke. I would recommend a MRI Brain for him .

Kindly get the scan done and revert back .
