Does Reduced Vaginal Bleeding Post Medical Abortion Indicate Failed Miscarriage?

Am 19 and used medical abortion inserted into the vagina and is 12 weeks I bled for two days but like normal periods with very thick discharge which was little I think the abortion failed so is the fetus likely to have malformations coz am thinking of keeping it now?

I understand your concern.
Abortion by medical means should be always done under supervision. It appears from your description that abortion might not be complete as it has happened just like periods. Generally, bleeding would be little more than periods as all the products of conception should be expelled out completely.
Kindly get an abdominal ultrasound scan done to know weather all the products of conception has been expelled or not.
Incomplete abortion should not be kept as it would lead to several complications which could be life threatening.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with report for proper evaluation and management.
