Does Regular Intake Of Co-codamol Affect One S Libido?

I am extremely concerned about my husband. He has no sex drive and he s been like this since we got married 2 years ago. He s been taking co codamols 30/500mg everyday since we been married it s more an addiction I believe. Can this be causing the problem with his sex drive and can long term use interfere with his fertility as I want to have kids and am worried there may be issues. Does this med also decrease testosterone in males? He believes his med intake has nothing to do with his drive- he has absolutely none it s very concerning n something I have no hope will return.
