Does Regular Usage Of Spectacles Help Treat This Myopic Condition?

Hi doctor.I have power in my left eye -0.25 and in right eye -0.5 and doctor advise me to wear glasses all the time every day.So my question is that this is very low power myopia.1.Is is realy neede to wear the spectacles all the time2. What kind of protection should have on lense of spectacles Please guide me on these two questions

Hi, you are wearing spectacles for myopia, I do understand your concern
I would suggest
1) To wear the spectacles as much time as possible, as this will help to stabilize the power, and to maintain in same range.
2) Wearing a clear lens with shatter proof would help a lot in means of comfort and safety.
