Does Removal Of Lymph Nodes Cause Costochondritis?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have been diagnosed with costochondritis 2 times this year. I am a breast cancer survivor (left side lumpectomy) and am wondering if the removal of the 17 lymph nodes has anything to do with this diagnosis. I am seeing my doc tomorrow and am thinking I have costochondritis AGAIN.
