Does Restarting Course Of Birth Control Cause Sore Breasts?

I was off of my birth control for about two weeks and got back on them the Sunday after my period. I was not on the pill yet and had sex Saturday. I am experiencing really sore breasts, never before have I had this pain. Is it because I am back on the pill?
