Does Rise In Liver Enzymes Cause Fatigue, muscle Cramps And Soreness In Head?

My husband has been lethargic, had major leg muscle cramps, soreness in his head (localized spots - not headache), and has been running a low grade fever that has spiked to as much as 103.8. We took him to ER two days ago and they did bloodwork. His white blood cells are normal . The ER physician said his liver enzymes were 3 times higher than what is considered normal. He also had some blood showing in the urine sample. What, in your opinion, would be causing a fever, that spikes but is brought down with Advil, but would not cause any white blood cell count to go up?
