I and my partner are of thesame bloodd group B+ do you think it can cause having disabled children or is it likely that there could be the chance of just having one kid or no kids at all. Hope I find the right and complete answere to my concerns...

There is no study to suggest that same blood group parents may produce some disabled child as compared to other parents having different blood group.
