Does Seizure Manifest As Dizziness And Blackout?

earlier today I got up and started walking and then all of the sudden I started getting dizzy so I leaned against my kitchen counter for a minute but shortly after my vision went completely black, my mind stopped thinking really, and my legs started shaking uncontrollably that i fell to the ground .... was this a seizure?
