Does Severe UTI And Vaginal Blisters Indicate STD?

Hi doc, last month I've had severe uti infection. After a month, I got these boils around my vagina. is this caused by std?because just today i found out that my husband is not loyal to me. he has several partners in sex. please help me...and now my husband is in abroad. he'll be back after a year. What kind of tests should i run to him to see if he doesnt acquire std?
