Does Severe Chest And Nipple Pain Indicate Breast Cancer?

Every time I cough I have severe pain throughout my chest and down into my nipples because this possibly be breast cancer related and should I get checked the pain has gotten worse with in the last two months and seems to be spreading throughout the side of my right breast and into my left nipple now

Breast cancer is associated with lump in the breast. Pain is very rare except for one rare variant of inflammatory breast cancer. If there is pain in the breast with coughing, chances of malignancy is almost nil. But other causes of pain needs to be ruled out and treated.
