Does Severe Stress Cause Delayed Periods?
I had my last period on 21st may. And im still missing on period this month. My husband uses condom as contraception. Im PCOS and hypothyroid. Ever since my delivery 6 months back im having a 28-30 days cycle. Before that i always had very irregular periods. Am i pregnant or is it possible im having a late period becox im taking a lot of stress about it now. Im paranoid. When shud i take pregnancy test for accurate result?

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, it can be due to stress factor also. If you are breastfeeding, it can be the reason for delay in periods due to hormonal imbalances during breastfeeding. Use a contraceptive like progesterone only pill to prevent pregnancy.
