Does Sexual Activity Between Children Affect Pap Smear Results Later In Life?

Hi I don t know if it s called raped or not but when I was younger probably 8 until 11 I have a cousin that did sexually things to me but the thing is we was the same age and I didn t like to go over my aunt house because of this . Now that I have turned 23 I m not sure if that s call being sexually active because that the only time it happened to me . And my mom wants to take me to get a pap smear but I think its going to reveal that something happened . I m not sure because I was a kid then
