Does Sibutramine Present In Simply Slim Diet Products Cause Headaches?

i am reading an article on the banning of Simply Slim diet products. it is in afrikaans which i do not fully understand , they have found it to contain " sibutramien" what is that , as i have been on and off this product for about 6 months and have had the most terrible head aches .
