Does Sickness In Stomach, Cramps With Missed Periods After Losing Virginity Indicates Pregnancy?

I just lost my virginity about 4weeks ago since then ive been feeling really sick to my stomach and ive been getting cramps amd I missed my period. but I dont know what to do.. can you please help me? if im.pregnant what do I do to get rid of my pregnancy?
