Does Sign Like Fainting Spells,tachycardia And Profound Sweating A Cardiac Issue?

16 year old boy 5'11 205lbs past 4 days has has 5 near fainting spells ,tachycardia, resting pr 85-130 profuse sweating, gets very pale, saw primary physician labs normal, said drink more water may be dehydrated any suggestions? Does he need to see a cardiologist?

If there are 5 spells of fainting ,then he should be evaluated by clinical examination ,EKG and echocardiography to rule out or confirm any structural or functional cardiac cause.
