i am chinnu 20years old i have heavy back pain ,if i sitting long time i am feeling pain,this is any serious problem

If you are studying there can be a chance of back pain in upper back which will subside with rest so take break in between .Other pain in low back or kidney region that you will have to mention properly so that we can help you.
