Hi,

Fersolate is an iron supplement. In first trimester most of the women have nausea and vomiting which may worsen with iron supplements. So doctors usually recommend iron supplements from second trimester. Its absolutely OK to take Fersolate from second trimester.

Fersolate is basically to improve your hemoglobin and iron stores. Doesn't have much effect on baby unless you are severely anemic. stop worrying and enjoy your pregnancy!

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
