Does Sleeping On One Side Cause Cheek Bone On That Side To Be Flat?

Hi im just wondering that if sleeping on one side will flatten the side your sleeping on because one side of my face has flat cheek bone and the other with prominent obvious cheekbone, it makes my head look tilted. i just want an explanation possibly a solution to this. Thank you

No its very unlikely. Not due to this reason.

You should consult your physician for complete evaluation to go for the reason of this flat bone on that side of your face.

There may be some neurological problem that causes flattening of one side of face. But its all needed to be evaluated.
