Does Sleepwalking Require Immediate Medical Attention?

My husband has been given ursodiol for blocked ducts. He has been in bed with nausea for three days. He is so out of it it is like he is sleepwalking. He is in such a daze I m afraid he is going to fall down the stairs. Should I take him to the hospital?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the severe condition and if it can not be managed at home it seems risky at home then better to take him to hospital but prior to this it is advisable to confirm the condition very well, hope this information helps.
