Does Small Abrasion Transmit HIV ?

it it sure that small abrasion that not blood on it can not transmit HIV? i get this information from here :)

Hi Sheni.., Transmission of HIV by parenteral is 90%, to either complete blood transmission, or contact with pricks with Unsterilized needles and syringes can infect HIV.., But in your case , if the abrasion is dry, then you wont get infected.., If there is intact skin, contact of infected blood will not transmit ..,
