Does Smelling Marijuana Effect Fetus During 26 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hi. My question is does the marihuana smell affect my health and my unborn baby? I am 26week pregnancy. My neighbors smoke marihuana in their balcony. The strong smell come into my room. I cannot open the windows and also cannot use air conditioner because the air come from balcony which filled with marihuana smell. My husband and I cultivate some vegetables in our balcony. Is it safe to eat these vegetables which contacted marijuana smoke and smell?

Hi,

First of all, congratulations you are pregnant and other good thing is your are better trying to avoid smoke and air pollution and no need to worry if smoke particles are there on vegetables just wash these and you get get rid of this. Yes, Marjiuana affect growth of fetus as these smoking stuff gets result in vasoconstriction and thus decrease in blood supply to fetus thus affecting growth so better to have a room more away from source.
