Does Smoking Marijuana Affect The Blood Pressure Levels?

I have a 3-4 times larger artery near my heart and I was wondering what would happen if I smoke weed. For further info I can do physical activities perfectly fine and I have gotten my heart rate to the max for my age so the increased heart rate shouldn t be a problem I m just worried about the blood pressure

Marijuana does not have any role on blood pressure. However, we won’t recommend Marijuana as it can cause serious adverse effects.
