Does Smoking Marijuana Cause Swelling In The Legs?

Hi there.I have read that there is a lync between smoking weed and edema. Someone I know does smoke it and their legs are so big the skin on their feet look as if they are going to rip open. 1. I m wondering if this could happen and 2 is there a lync? There has been a lot of pain in the knees x-rays taken but noting wrong.

not much of a link at all. Edema can be from problems in the liver, lung, kidneys or heart. There is not a lot of effect of marijuana on any of these. Edema with smoking cannabis is not common.
