Does Smoking Methamphetamine During Pregnancy Affect The Fetus?

A friend of mine is currently 6 months pregnant, and is an addict. She has been smoking meth throughout her whole pregnancy, and I was wondering if out could tell me if the baby will have drugs in her/his system? Also how long will it take to clean both of there systems out and what is the best way?

Methamphetamine can cause serious effects on fetus including developmental anomalies. So it is always better to avoid meth while you are pregnant.
