Does Smoking Methamphetamine While On Bupropion Cause Seizures?

I have a relative who was just prescribed Bupropion HCL 150 mg XL and did t tell the doctor that they are also smoking weed. I heard it can cause seizures is this true? Concerned for there well being. It was prescribed to help quite smoking and stress. I can not pay. Good Bye
