Definitely this will create problem if you are pregnant. I am not sure what are you asking. Are you asking :

1. Will you have difficulty in getting pregnant ?

2. Will you have problem during pregnancy ?

In either case, it is a problem but a bigger risk factor if your question is no. 2 .
