Does Smoking Affect The Penis Size?

Hi I m 24 anyways around the time I was 19 i started smoking my penis shrank from around 8 to 6 And went from very girthy to extremely skinny. I would stop for a week or so and it would go back to normal over time I did allot of drugs and alcohol and it stayed small every time I would get locked up in jail and live clean I would get out and it would go back to normal but in 2015 I overdosed and was on life support since then it has never returned to fill size I haven t smoked for two years and expensive it still hasn t also on average last for a couple of minutes and have bad chest pains I also have a hard time getting an erection and keeping it it s never fully hard . I have tried extenze but they make it shrink up more and cause severe chest pains what can I do about this

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Smoking does not affect penis size. Size of the penis is genetically determined and there is no need to alter its size. Drugs are not that much effective in changing the penile size. I think you are too much anxious about this thing and that might concern you. You can consult a urologist to make sure that your penis size is normal or not. Testosterone ointments can increase the penile size but, it have lot of side effects like pigmentation.
