Does Smoking Cause Blood In Cough And Uneasiness In Throat?

Hello! I am feeling this uneasiness in my throat as if something is stuck in the middle of my throat for a week and for three times I have coughed blood as well. To provide more information I am 22 years old and I smoke too, though not much. Please help. Thank you

hemogram,x-ray chest,lung function test,E C G.
treatment depend on cause.
quit smoking,
take cough expectorant,warm water thrice a day.
