Does Smoking Effect Antirabies Vaccination?

my 4month old puppy bit me last May 12 - I got one shot of verorab the next day and ATS and got ERIG early AM May 14. I got the second shot of verorab yesterday and i have 3 more schedules to go. My question is - I smoke. Will it affect the medication?
