Does Smoking Meth Cause Soreness On The Tip Of Tongue?

Hello...
I smoked meth for the first time and I have a sore on the very tip of my tongue and on both sides of tongue next to my cheeks... Is that from smoking? Or me irritating it with out notice? Is it from meth itself as in not even having to smoke this for that to happen?

This is pretty common in meth and occurs for several reasons. Perhaps the most common is that meth causes tensing of the jaws. This often causes teeth damage and/or biting of parts of the mouth. In addition, meth constricts blood flow especially where it is directly applied (often including the mouth or respiratory tract). This causes irritation and can even cause small areas of tissue dying off.
