Does Smoking Weed Hamper The Effectiveness Of A Beta Blocker?

Hello! I'm currently taking a beta blocker just for palpitations. But it always makes me very paranoid about my heart and sometimes I have panic attacks because I'm afraid I forgot my medicine or something went wrong. I know my panic attacks are all in my head. But I was wondering if smoking weed interferes with the medicine? I don't smoke a lot, but occasionally. It just freaks me out when my heart rate speeds up.
