Does Sore Breast, cramps And Spotting Of Blood Suggest Pregnancy?

i am 25 years old and i get my period regular every 28 days. i got my period on the 10th januar and i had unprotected sex on the 20/21st january. 1 week later i had a spotting of blood. my friend advised me that this could be implantation. a couple of days later i had stomach cramps for about 3 days and the past couple of days i have very sore tender breasts. is there a chance i could be pregnant?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Bleeding after 6-7 days after the unprotected intercourse can be due to implantation bleeding.
Sore breasts and stomach cramps are present in early pregnancy.
I would suggest you to wait for the periods, if delayed then do get a urine pregnancy test to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
