Does Sore Nipples, Bloated Stomach And Skipped Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

I lastly had sex on feb and i hot my periods on march starting and aftr tht i didnt get my periods for 5 months till date i dont hve any symptoms like nausea or fatigue i just feel like my stomach is gettin a tad bit bigger and my breast is hurting and my nipples too i didnt worry much becuz i have this prblm of irregular periods am i pregnant?

it's better to get once urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy . and prolactin levels and thyroid levels to rule out hormone imbalances.
