Does Soreness Of My Chest After Cold Indicate Bronchitis?

I have had allergies or a cold the last couple weeks and not coughing much, but just this monday afternoon I noticed my chest was sore on the upper right side and that continued through tuesday...yesterday it was fine but today its bothering me again and can feel little tighness in the area between the center and right of my chest. Could this indicate bronchitis or something ? I feel find other than that.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Yes, possibility of bronchitis is more likely.
Bronchitis is inflammation of airways.
And it is common after allergy or cold and it can cause chest tightness.
So drink plenty of fluids orally, do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
Take simple antihistamine (levocetrizine or fexofenadine) and anti allergic (montelukast) combination once a day at night.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
