Does Spinal Stenosis Cause Pain In Left Thigh With Pressure?

I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis. Lately, I have been experiencing a pain on my left thigh when climbing stairs when I apply pressure on the knee. Any relation to the spinal stenosis. Laproscopy surgery had been recommended about two years ago. Any thoughts of how to proceed? Thanks. My email is YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

The spinal stenosis usually gives bilateral pain and pressure over thighs in most of the instances. Though if particular side compression is more over the other side, it can be possible to give unilateral pressure with pain though less common. However, if your MRI plates are available, further better precision guidelines can be figured out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
