Does Spotting And Abdominal Cramps Indicate Pregnancy?

i got off of my pills about four months ago and now my periods are about 30 days away now, well today i got a slight period which is very little, they look like they seem to be stopping, and brown almost and i have slight cramps. could i be pregnant? or is that just a stupid question?

Just to know , how long did you take the pills. How were your periods while on the pills. periods can be skipped some time after pills are discontinued. discuss with your gynecologist. for now get blood test for pegnancy done which will give answer to your question.
