General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
It is difficult to comment without examination, based on the information it appears to be a sprain, but need to be confirmed. I would suggest you to see orthopedic surgeon for further help.
Mean while you can apply analgesic gel or spray to the affected part. Also your can take over the counter pain relievers like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
Hope this helps.
Take care
