Does Stomach Cramping And Breasts Soreness After Protected Sex Indicate Pregnancy?
I had sex twice about a week ago, also losing my virginity. I am very very very paranoid about being pregnant. He wore a condom both times, and pulled out before he did. We are pretty sure the condom worked, but I am feeling stomach cramps, my breasts are sore, I have headaches, and I am extra tired. These symptoms both match pregnancy and losing virginity. I also read many forums about being paranoid makes you feel these symptoms. I am still worried about being pregnant. What are the chances of being pregnant in my situation?
General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, I understand your concern. You are very correct in your guessing that are these are symptoms of loosing virginity & sometimes early pregnancy too. . The chances of pregnancy are more if the sex was nearing your ovulation.( which is 14 days prior to your next expected periods) In case you are doubtful, get blood pregnancy test done around your expected period & consult a Gynac for MTP in case it's positive. Thanks.
