Does Strep Throat Cause Black Blotches Too With White Ones?

Ok so I know for a fact my boyfriend gave me strep throat. It t not as swollen as his was, but I have the white blotches in the back of my throat. My question is why is there also black back there? I m going to the doctor this week seeing how its Sunday and I can t go today, but I m worried about that. It cannot be a good sign.

Hello,

Black one may be hemorrhage or It may be food particles. Don't worry use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day for five days. Drink hot water and soups. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
