Does Stress Cause Scanty Menstrual Bleeding?

So I had protected sex about 2 weeks ago and I got a kidney infection do I m on 2000mg of Keflex a day. I got my period 2 days ago which is right on time but it s really really light now, which is kind of unusual. I ve been very stressed out that I m pregnant but I m not sure. Could it be a combo of the stress and the antibiotic?
