Does Sudden Withdrawal From Percocet And Vicodin Cause Seizure?

Hello. Im pretty sure you all will hate this question and for that Im sorry I really hope you dont judge me too much. Ive been heavily addicted to percocet and vicodin for years. About 2 weeks ago I started doing meth with them. Im finnaly getting help friday morning. Ive been accepted into a detox facility. However in order to be admited I have to be clean for 24 hours. Today I tried to see what it would be like . So i went sober for 6 hours before I started having really weird lightning shock sensations in my head and up and down my arms. I was disoriented and dizzy until finnaly I had to do a perc 10 and it went away. is this the sign that I may have a seizure if i stop for 24 hours? Or something worse?
