Does Surgical Abortion Cause Spotting, Headaches, Abdominal Bloating And Aching?

I had a surgical abortion 2 days ago. I only bled a little bit immediately afterward, and now just have barely noticeable spotting. I have had a dull headache since last night, and my lower abdomen feels and looks extremely bloated.I'm also still a bit tired and achy. Is this normal? I'm worried about the possibility of infection or incomplete abortion, and want to get checked out right away if it's necessary. I don't want to wait 2 weeks if there is potentially a problem. Thanks.

1.Its normal to have the symptoms after a D&C, any other invasive mode of abortion.
2.Post abortion is nothing but a period of postpartum for the organism.
3.Its always recommended to get a check scan (ultrasound scan) done after a abortion to rule out RPOC - retained products of conception/ incomplete evacuation.
4.In case of presence of any infection also identified on ultrasound scan - help to find out the well being of the uterus and ovaries.
5.Sugget to take needful precautions to avoid abortions - as in long run it will effect reproductive health.
