Does Swelling, Stiffness And Pain In The Area That Was Hit With Taser Indicates Nerve Damage?

I have a neighbor who keeps hitting me with a stungun and some type of electrical device, I think a tazer. When he hits me I have pain but it is not overbearing. A few days later the area become swollen, stiff and is very painful. I went to a nurse practioner and she said she thought I had nerve damage and I need to see a neurologist.

Dear Friend.

If you have significant injury over there , nerve damage can occur , but usually does not happen with blunt small hit.
If you have swelling , stiff and painful , this more indicates a fracture.
Examination would reveal exactly.
You should see a doctor , you will be directed accordingly.

Good luck
