Does Swine Flu Reduces The Thickness Of Walls In Heart?

I took my 15 year old son to the doctor on 2/8. He was diagnosed with a double ear infection, strep and mono. 2 weeks later he can down with swin flu and still had strep and an enlarged spleen. He is not totally himself yet and on 3/7 he passed out in school around 10 am. They gave him OJ and he came around. They did not call me. After school he told me what happend and I took him in to the Doctors. He was ok. negative for strep and his spleen reduced in size. Someone told me the swin flu can thin the walls of the heart. Is this true? and if so is it perminate?
