Does Swollen Lymph Glands Cause Early Miscarriage?

is there any connection between swollen lymph glands or lymphdenitis and early miscarriage. hi iam 35 years old female.iam 5 feet 5 inches tall and my weight is around 69 kgs. I had a miscarraige 5 months ago and after two months of that i had lymphadenitis with acute neck nad head pain.took antibiotics for that,got better after couple of weeks.now iam trying to conceive again but few weeks ago again had a miscarriage in the week five followed by severe neck and head pain.is there a connection in these two things?please help.
